MR-4 — Dates are absolute

Every dated artefact uses ISO format:

• Decision docs: docs/decisions/YYYY-MM-DD-<slug>.md
• Findings: docs/findings/YYYYMMDD-HHMM-<slug>.md
• Body text: never “Thursday” / “next week” / “soon” — convert to ISO before commit.

The bootstrap-agent and the planner have a date-check step. Trust it.
