MR-11 — Anti-shapes are named, catalogued, and watched

Every project drifts toward one or two anti-patterns. They get named during bootstrap and live in docs/north-star/intent.md under drift_watches:.

When a PR or a planning conversation feels off, ask: am I drifting toward $ANTISHAPE? The answer is sometimes yes; the answer being yes isn’t fatal — not asking is fatal.

The drift-watcher subagent has read access to the named anti-shapes and adjudicates explicitly.
